Shipping 

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail Tracked 48  in the UK and International Standard if outside of the UK. Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight/size of the order.

EU Member States Charges

This is a discretionary charge that some countries are bringing in from now onwards to cover costs. 

Each member state will make charges as they see fit, when they see fit with no notice. This link below gives you a guide as to what is occurring.

They can implement these with no notice, If they do come in and a charge comes our way we will re-charge these back to you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Medpac, c/o Neon Street Ltd, Unit2, Plot 8, Maitland Road, Needham Market, Suffolk, IP6 8NZ

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
